We are so grateful for the positive responses received on our last post . We didn't expect so many people to defend us with so many great experiences and pictures ( the dogs were great) . We purposely do not flood your timeline with useless information, we respect your time . Thank you all again. BTW we switched to Cherry Dole today .

We recently had a 1 star review by a customer that felt they didn't get enough ice cream. The customer was refunded the entire amount. If you have noticed this year we are adding alot more ice cream if you get a cone at no additional cost. If you order it in a cup it will be the standard size . This customer was comparing the cup of ice cream they purchased to another customers cone., these will not be the same .If you ever have a complaint please send us an email or a Facebook message, we will take care of you as we do everyone. If we don't take care of you then a poor review is warranted . We work hard to bring a high quality product at a fair price .To receive a 1 star from someone who got an ice cream and all their money back seems a little extreme without ever notifying us of their concerns .
