14 years of Quan Hapa. Thank you for the support over the years. As you may have already heard, we're closing this concept and starting a new one.

July 26 is our last day here, so come get your Hapa favorites and help us send it, and this team, off the right way. We're working to help our team members through this transition with temporary assignments at our other restaurants, with hopes of welcoming them back when Yô Đi opens.

Follow along as we document the transition. We'll share the process and the story along the way. We're sad to see Quan Hapa go, but we couldn't be more excited to show you Yô Đi.

Chicken and pork base with squid and shrimp worked into the broth for depth. Ground pork, shrimp, chives, bean sprouts, and pork cracklings on top.
