Help make this the busiest weekend the deli has ever had! Monday, we - Brian and Caitlin Young - will be becoming the total owner of the deli.

With big purchases, changing seasons, and the unknown of ownership, we were hoping you could come and grab a sandwich. Purchase the gift certificates for the holiday season early. Get the ball cap you were admiring last time you waited in line.

Now the full story…

Years ago Brian and my pillow talk included flavor combinations for dishes that involved tweezers and dreams of operating a place that allowed us to be home for dinner with our own little family. A place where Brian could flex his creative muscle with meats and my Dad would want to wake up early to get the first loaf of bread. We wanted to offer food you craved but couldn’t whip up at home, all while being serenaded by the lyrical brilliance of Wu Tang.

In 2023, we put pen to paper and started pounding the pavement to make this dream a reality. As the reality of Young Buck Deli grew, so did the baby in my belly. The clouds parted and lent their hand and resources to create a partnership that helped Young Buck Deli open in May 2024.

This Monday, the bird is officially flying the nest and Young Buck Deli will be the true Mom n’ Pop Shop we have always dreamt of. While we could not have opened without Anthony and Haley, we feel confident we will make them proud for years to come!

With new ownership, comes high risks and I am just asking - if you have a craving for too many carbs, have a hunger that a cowbell can’t fix, need a sandwich platter for this weekend’s football , or have an upcoming need for superfluous gift cards - we would LOVE to take car you this weekend!

We open at 11 Saturday, Sunday and Monday until 7 pm. We promise to be full stocked, desserts on desserts, and ready for dirty talk.
