I need at least two days to decompress and reset. While you see us serving food, you don’t always see everything happening behind the scenes to make it possible. From people you trust not showing up to dealing with extreme heat. Through it all, we’re thankful for our amazing vendor partners and for every customer who continues to support AJ’s Cheesesteaks. Just some of the shenanigans from today’s event. It was a hot one but I want to thank my crew for going hard in this heat. Ua’ll killed it. And Nicole, another outstanding show. You killed it on the logistics. Everything was phenomenal. And as always, thank you to the Middletown community. They never disappoint
