I did an interview with a food blogger from Columbus and she asked me what dishes or creations I was most proud of and I want to share my answers with FB

1. Catfish and French Toast, the paring is so unique and it has replaced Chicken and Waffles within our company.

2. Banana pudding French Toast, this unique southern classic stuffed with our signature French toast is something I am very proud of

3. Fried Chicken and Biscuits, this is a new dish created for the Norwood location it will completely knock your socks off

4. French Toast Flight- this is obvious we invented it

5. Jerk chicken and Grits! We created chicken and grits! This is something we are super proud of as a company
