Say hello to our new Tuna Tartare. We’ve taken marinated yellowfin tuna and piled it high onto three crispy, tempura fried sushi rice cakes. It’s topped with pickled cucumbers, a bright lemon purée, and a kick of sriracha and scallion curls. The perfect crunch in every single bite.

Our new Halibut is steamed “En Papillote” with white w**e, citrus, and fresh herbs to keep it incredibly tender. We serve it over a warm couscous, topped with a crisp fennel and blood orange salad, and finish it with a tableside pour of tarragon oil and blood orange beurre blanc.
