Westwood has a new neighborhood wine shop, and we couldn’t be happier for the person behind it. 🍷

Many of you may know Eric from his time at Colette, where he shared his passion for food and wine with our guests night after night. Now, he’s bringing that same hospitality to Eric Dudley— a welcoming space built around memorable wines, tasty bites, and a happy hour you’ll want to make a habit of.

A panzanella for the season 🌱✨

Welcome to peak butter season 🧈✨

In the words of Hilary of , “You will notice the color of the butter has returned to its summer marigold. It softens faster and holds notes of grass on the tongue, sometimes through the nose on an exhale.

The pasture is rich right now, very high in protein and omega 3’s. Nothing is flowering yet (grasses or clovers that is) which leaves every mouthful packed with tender, delicious fuel for the cows.

They are grazing night and day and look forward to their twice daily moves to fresh grass. With cooler temps and no bugs, this is the best time of year for the cows and consequently, the butter.”

In other words, there’s never been a better time to order the bread and butter. Don’t miss it.
