It’s nice to get a day out of the office every once in a while. 10 years ago when our oldest daughter was in preschool at Madeira we heard they were learning about pizza. When her teacher asked if we would like to come in and talk to the kids about pizza it was an immediate “YES”, but then there was an idea of bringing in pizza to eat, and then it evolved into bringing the ingredients and letting them make their own pizza! The teachers got special permission from the lunch room to use the ovens and actually cook the pizza, and in turn they got to eat the pizza they made! We’ve been thrilled to be invited back every year since! It’s so awesome watch these 3 and 4 year olds learn, create, and actually eat their own pizzas! Thank you for allowing us to come in, we might enjoy it more than the kids!
