Oh là là! Frenchie Fresh's very own Chef Jean-Robert de Cavel was carefully selected as a panelist for last month's event for Former Enquirer Food Editor and Critic Polly Campbell's book Cincinnati Food: A History of Queen City Cuisine! The book discusses Cincinnati's food history and the pioneers of the past and present. We're beyond ecstatic to know our Chef was honored as a wonderful pioneer of gourmet food in our incredible city!
