Join the Founding Team at Neighborhood Coffee!

Neighborhood Coffee is opening soon in Madeira, and we're looking for warm, genuine people to help us create something special. We're hiring Baristas and a Lead Barista to join our founding team.

We're looking for people who:
-Enjoy connecting with others and lead with positivity and genuine hospitality.
-Are curious, open to learning, and take pride in developing new skills.
-Are dependable and a team player.
-Available to work weekends and holidays.
-Are excited to be part of creating a place that the community loves.

We can teach coffee, we can teach recipes- we're really looking for awesome people. For barista roles, prior specialty coffee experience is a plus, but it's not required. Minimum of 2+ years experience for Lead Barista.

If you thrive in a customer-facing environment and hospitality, we'd love to hear from you.

To Apply:
Please email your resume/CV and a brief introduction to tell us a little bit about yourself and your availability to: [email protected]

We can't wait to meet you.
