Hughie's House of Hotcakes Breakfast anytime!

Syracuse NY retro camper serving fluffy pancakes with our amazing hot caramel-ish "hotcake sauce", maple syrup carmelized home fries loaded with bacon and other goodness.

Hey Hughie's friends. It looks like we will be sitting this one out. 2026 is the year to get our act together and figure out what we want to do with ourselves and the food truck. But, due to an abundance of conflicting obligations, Hughie's will not be open anytime soon, if at all this year. We have not given up on bottling Hughie's Legendary Hotcake Sauce and making that available to you.

In the meantime, keep supporting your local food truck community. These people work their butts off and love to make you happy with their tasty concoctions. Thank you.

Thank you, CNY! We showed up to make pancakes at a soccer game for a fundraiser and we sold out in 90 minutes. We thought we had more than enough but apparently underestimated the demand. Stay tuned as we figure out what's next. But the food truck is going into storage now. Thank you all for a great season and all the love.

It's been a banner day, which I thought we had more than adequately prepared for. As it turns out, we have run out of home fries and the Home Fry prepper is an after hours role. We'll be back tomorrow (Sunday) to wrap up for the season.

Hughie's is a side gig for us. A labor of love to engage with the community and spread joy through pancakes and that Legendary Hotcake Sauce (thanks for the recipe, grandma).

As summer winds down, we are closing early. Sunday, August 31st will be the end of 2025 for Hughie's. The extra hands we had during the summer are no longer available and my own hands are busy with my regular job.

It's been a pleasure serving all of you who came out. We'll see you in the spring. We may even pop up for an event or two this fall. Sauce will be available from time to time as well.

Wednesday through Sunday 8am-1pm at 8202 Brewerton Road Cicero at Cloud Nine Creamery.
