After you sign up on the Heave Ho website, each participant will get a special event T-shirt. Please let us know your shirt size after signing up so we know how many to make.

We’re doing a tug-of-war contest this Sunday at North Coronado Beach.
Teams are 3 people. You can sign up with a crew, or show up solo and we’ll try to match you with a team.
We’ll have coffee out there, some prizes, and hopefully at least a couple people eating sand.
