What started during COVID with just one cookie has grown into something I never could have imagined.
That one little lemon cookie sparked a passion and eventually became Lemon Drop Pastry Shop! 🍋

Over the years, my little bakery has evolved into so much more than just lemon desserts. While I’ll always be known for my love of all things lemon-forward, I now get to create custom cakes, decorated desserts, logo cookies, and sweet treats for some truly special occasions and businesses.

It has been such an incredible journey watching something that started in my kitchen with one cookie grow into a business that allows me to do what I love every day.
