Happy Independence Day!

Thank you all for coming down and joining us to celebrate the 250th birthday of America the Beautiful. We are feeling incredibly rich to have this wonderful community, and hope that our descendants 250 years from now have the opportunity to celebrate in a similar way.

See you tomorrow for the Chugiak Independence Day Parade! We’ve got hot dogs, drinks, fruit and popsicles for all.

Don’t forget the road will be closed from 1-4 so come on down around 12:30.

P.S. The café is not “open” tomorrow, but we do have fresh roasted coffee beans. $13/lb. Venmo or track Cody down with exact cash, thanks!

This month, we’ve got ice! Order your favorite espresso drink over ice for an additional 50 cents.

The next time we’ll see you will be outside at the Chugiak 4th of July Parade, and our next monthly event will take place in August.

Good afternoon, Chugiak! We look forward to seeing you all this coming Saturday. Here’s what we’re serving up this month:

April’s Menu (CASH ONLY):
⭐️ Cornish-Style Pasties $10
⭐️ B&G - half order $7 - full order $14
⭐️ Blueberry Cinnamon Rolls $5
⭐️ Jasmine Fog $4.50
⭐️ Fresh Roasted Coffee Beans $13/lb

Cornish-Style Pasties: They’re only Cornish if they were made in Cornwall, but these pasties are made from a traditional recipe! Beef, potato, carrot, rutabaga, and onion in house-made pie crust served with a tomato based dipping sauce.

B&G: Biscuits and sausage gravy, of course!

Blueberry Cinnamon Rolls: Rich yeast dough filled with cinnamon, ginger, and house-made blueberry jam topped with a blueberry cream cheese frosting.

Jasmine Fog: Think London Fog, but with Oolong Jasmine green tea 💚
