I graduated from Radford University in 2018 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy & Religious Studies. Naturally, I jumped into government work. When COVID entered the picture in 2019 I realized that life wasn’t going to live itself for me. I had always dreamed of being a baker or a pastry chef; not so much for a desk job. I’m so privileged to be the product of a journey that lent itself to both
pastry and baking. I have worked in several commercial and restaurant kitchens and am so grateful for the abundance of knowledge and technical skill I gained in that time. After paying some dues and making a bargain with my heart, I decided it was time to bring that dream to fruition. I am humbled and truly thrilled to bring my heart into your homes and lives through specialty desserts. Celebrations can be big or small, but what is constant is the joy that comes on their coattails. It’s the pleasure of my life to create something that nourishes your sweet tooth and your spirit.
