This was the result of the Leg of Lamb. Total smoke time about 10 hours at 270 degrees.

Lamb is in the smoker.  Temp is set to 170 degrees cause that’s when I need to wrap it.

Leg of Lamb is In the fridge marinating.  I’ll season it tomorrow before the smoker. Lamb Gyros coming up!!!

I have a Brisket Flat in the Smoker with Roasted Potatoes, Broccoli & Cauliflower, and Brussel Sprouts with Mushrooms and Bacon in the oven. Pictures will be coming soon.
