Sometimes being a small business owner means dropping everything and driving an hour for a tiny little hose... 🙃
Last week, that tiny piece of (required) Teflon tubing meant keeping my espresso machine running and keeping my little business moving.
After many phone calls and texts trying to find a 6 inch piece of hose, my luck was running out in Choteau, Conrad and possibly Great Falls.
So, I made one last phone call to and they just happened to have a spare! ❤️
I loaded up the kids, hit the road to Great Falls and made the drive. No big plan, no time to prepare — just one of those “okay, I have to fix this NOW” moments that come with owning a business.
My kids even took a nap on the road, and honestly, I’m so proud of how well they’ve learned to roll with these quick-decision situations. They’ve grown up watching people figure things out, roll with whatever is happening and do whatever needs to be done.
It’s not always glamorous. Sometimes it’s long drives, sleepy kids, unexpected problems, and holding a $5 piece of hose like it’s the most important thing in the world.
But I wouldn’t trade it.
Because behind this little coffee camper is a dream I’ve poured my heart into — and a family that has learned to come along for the ride.
