Wow! Summer is flying by. We hope everyone is having a good one! 💛

In all of the hustle and bustle of everything going on, we almost forgot to celebrate that it’s been ONE YEAR since we opened Ruby Begonias!

We’ve learned so much and met so many incredible people along the way. This experience has been rewarding, challenging, exciting, exhausting and we’re so glad we made the decision to finally bring Ruby Begonias to life after all these years.

Pictured above is one of our very first dinners in the restaurant, testing new menu items and relaxing (well… not dad) one last night before the craziness began.

Looking back, we’re so proud of everything this past year has brought us, whether they were lessons or blessings.

To everyone who has supported us, cheered us on, come through our doors, and been patient with us as we figured this whole thing out, thank you. It means more than you know. 💛

Here’s to one year of Ruby Begonias, and hopefully many, many more.

Ruby’s Sunday Brunch is taking a little late-summer pause.

We’re giving our hardworking team a few Sundays to enjoy the final days of summer with their families before the kids head back to school.

Brunch returns September 13 with Southern-inspired favorites, handcrafted cocktails and warm Ruby hospitality.

Save the date. We look forward to welcoming you back to the table.

Our regular dinner service continues as scheduled.

There’s nothing quite like a Ruby’s classic, especially when it’s done the Ruby Way ❤️

Tonight we’re featuring two comfort food favorites with a little Ruby’s flair:

Salisbury Steak, Ruby’s Way | Hand-cut sirloin served over a toasted bread round with creamy mashed potatoes and crisp potato straws.

Blackened Catfish | Blackened catfish served with Carolina rice and Cajun cream sauce.

And don’t skip the potato salad! Our family recipe is worth every carb: creamy, flavorful, and absolutely perfect on a hot summer day after antiquing ( 👀Madison-Bouckville Promotions)☀️
