Good morning. A lot going on today and this week, all the kids are back in school, yesterday Abby got 100% scores on her first 2 college assignments, Caitie started back at school yesterday and today Becca is started kindergarten.. ive been baking like crazy trying to keep the shop all shocked, tonight from 6pm-whenever I sell out I'll be out at Bingo at Munson Bridge Winery in Withee. You can also get our cheesecake cupcakes at Jacobson's meat markets in chippewa and eau claire, Dixon's Autumn Harvest Winery in chippewa, Jim Bob's Pizza in Chippewa at the MOR building, Fall Mart in Fall Creek, BP convenience store in Altoona, Star Cup in eau claire on Barstow and in the mall, Princeton Valley Golf Course, Amoco convenience store in eau claire, Eau Galle Cheese in Durand, and That's a Wrap restaurant in Chippewa.. check out these cinnamon rolls I made today they are bigger than my head. Got to get nack to it so busy open 10am-6pm see you here or at Munson Bridge tonight..

Its finally raining but why on a Saturday lol.. congrats to all our brides and grooms today and other folks celebrating with Josef's desserts today.. and thank y'all for stopping in and grabbing desserts and treats every day y'all are amazing and the reason we do what we do.. open today 10am-4pm just whipped out some cheesecake tacos so swing in and grab some along with tons of other goodies.. I'll be out at Munson Bridge Winery tonight at 6pm until whenever I sell out come out and say hi listen to a live band and chill by the pond with a bonfire while munching a cheesecake. Sounds like an amazing evening with no cover charge so more cheesecake money for you.. Dont mind our cat Honey she's just judging you for not making plans to stop in here and or at Munson Bridge today/evening

Who all saw the eclipse last night. That was pretty awesome to see with the kids. Its a busy day with weddings and events and of course stocking up the store here. Open 10am-6pm today come say hi.. a few photos I took last night from my house of the eclipse.

Happy national dog day! Its wednesday August 26th today and we are open 10am-6pm. Slinging treats for humans and dogs a like.. stop in today.. this here is my puppy, her name is S'mores and she is an Australian shepherd and all the video clips you see of aussies is exactly her. We thought she was just insane in a good way until I saw all these tiktoks or whatever yall call them of Aussies ..

Having the windows open at the house feels amazing.. our very own Abby started her first year in college yesterday in the business management and marketing program. Swing in today, tomorrow, Thursday and friday 10am-6pm and saturday 10am-4pm to get all your delicious treats..

Good morning! It is a beautiful Saturday here in the Chippewa Valley and its the last weekend before Abby and other college students start for the year and the last week before the littles all go back to school in the valley.. So we had a house full of teenagers running around all night so with that I woke up super early and started baking. I made a whole lineup of croissants like dill pickle, créme brûlee, raspberry cheesecake, jalapeño cheddar, traditional., chocolate, maple bacon and then donuts like cookie monster, créme brûlee, fruity pebbles, cinnamon toast crunch and so much more! Then breads like jalapeño cheddar, sour dough, dill pickle, everything bagel. And of course cheesecakes, macarons. Cannolis, eclairs, cream puffs, cookies, scones, strudels, and so much more...Congrats to all our brides and grooms celebrating their big day with Josef's cheesecakes this weekend. We are open 10am-4pm today..

Happy wednesday friends! We are open 10am-6pm and its been a busy one to start the day, we had guests coming in and lining up 10 minutes before we opened and has been a rush ever since. Besides y'all selling me out yesterday. Happy tuesday yall! How was your weekend? Ours was wonderful my brother Greg was in town and we had a birthday party for mom, spent time talking and hanging out then last night we did an escape room. My very first time doing an escape room. Then I had to take him back to the cities late last night and we spent the entire ride chatting about building and opening a game room it was a lot of fun. We are open 10am-6pm today

Without this day there would be no Josef's, so help us celebrate the one the only Mary Ann or my mom or Nana whichever ya call her. Its her birthday. We've already had family from all over the state come to say happy birthday to her, like the Enders family from over near Milwaukee and my niece and her bf who both go to go over near Milwaukee too.. I am so blessed to get to spend my Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays working along side my Mom. Yall know how amazing she is so I don't have to go on and on.. but stop in this morning and wish her a happy birthday and grab some treats while you're at it.. open 10am-4pm today..
