We are excited to start this Thursday off with a little something new with our Crescent City Gator Po-Boy . This sandwich starts with our gator tail that we marinate in our buttermilk and 7 herbs and spices before frying up to a perfect golden brown. Served on our hearth baked hoagie rolls , topped with fresh lettuce and tomatoes before finishing it off with our homemade creamy Cajun Sauce. Throw in our hand-cut fries and you'll see why this sandwich wont last long. See ya soon!

Tomorrow as we celebrate our great nation we hope everyone will reflect on how blessed each and every one of us are to call America our home. So let's celebrate like its our birthday because you only turn 250 once.

Happy Watermelon Festival Weekend Chipley!! We are proud to offer as our next special our Crescent City Shrimp Cristo. Juicy Gulf Shrimp in our tomato and feta olive oil sauce served over a bed of pasta.

We said it was here for a short time and we meant it!! Our St. Charles Snapper special will be sold out by Thursday and we are already playing in the kitchen on our next special.
