It's week 2 of the Midweek Summer Supper Series...

This week I'm featuring a little taste of Hawaii. Starting with a green salad with fresh pineapple, almonds, and a chili citrus vinaigrette. Then a Sesame Crusted Seared Ahi Tuna with Hawaiian Glaze and crispy fries. Even the music will make you feel like you're in the islands.

Remember, these special dinners are exclusively offered by reservation and only at 6pm Wednesday and Thursday inside the bar room at the Bistro. *You must put in the reservation notes that you are coming for this supper.

I'm doing an exclusive 2 course menu every Wednesday and Thursday this summer at 6pm only in the bar at the Bistro and only taking up to 18 reservations for each night. $29 per person.

This week, I'm doing a Morrocan inspired menu with a green salad with lemon vinaigrette and crispy garbanzos and a Morrocan Chicken Tagine featuring apricots, olives, and almonds over harissa spiked pearl couscous.
