Batch #2 = 20 hours of cold smoke in 2 nights tonight is the final night and then a 3 week cold/ dry cure and pure delish. Hungarian kobasice= sausage to the layman

Good day to work the dropshot rust off I went on for fourth this one was 14 inches. I did lose something that was sizable. I got bit off. It was my first bite. I fought it for like 15 seconds.
