4th year in a row and it's getting more efficient every year. I think we have it dialed in now. Jason has been up for almost 28 hrs. 600 lbs of raw pork butts went in the smoker and came out looking amazing. Got it all loaded up and sent on its way. Send extra thoughts and prayers to all the fire fighters, they have alot on their hands with all the fires right now. See you guys next year.

Just wanted to thank everyone that came in today. We sold out an hour before close and thats with upping our par for the day. We missed you all too.

Cheesy Cheeseburger - patty topped with double swiss, double American cheese on a grilled bun. $15.00 single. $17.00 double

Well somethings didn't go as planned and we have to push our reopening until Thursday. We will be open 11 to 6. Friday 11-7. We will be doing bulk pickup orders on the 4th until 1:30.
