Everything you need to know about this weekend's Chillicothe Cruise Night & the Lion's Club Car Show is right here!

It's shaping up to be one of the biggest weekends of the summer in Chillicothe, Missouri, so make plans now to visit and enjoy.

Kick things off on Friday, July 17 with the Cruise Night in downtown Chillicothe. Line up, activities and music begin early with the cruise itself having a rolling start somewhere between 7 and 7:30 p.m.

Post-cruise activities go until 10 p.m. in and around the Courthouse Square in Downtown Chillicothe. Enjoy lots of classic cars, a DJ spinning your favorite '50s and '60s tunes, and even a Barney Fife impersonator! If you would like to join the cruise in your vehicle, there's no registration required- just line up on the south side of the square prior to 6:30 p.m. and follow the directions of the volunteers.

Looking to watch? The best viewing spots are along the sidewalks lining Washington Street downtown. For everyone's safety, please stay on the sidewalks and out of the roadway so drivers can safely enjoy the cruise. The cruise officially begins at Ann and Washington and goes through town, returning to the Courthouse Square. Simpson Park near Washington Street is another great viewing area.

Then on Saturday, July 18, head to Simpson Park for the 38th Annual Chillicothe Lions Club Car Show, featuring incredible classic vehicles, awards, games, a swap meet, food concessions, door prizes, and fun for the whole family!

Pre-Registration for cars has closed, but on-site you can still register from 7 AM to 11 AM at Simpson Park on Saturday morning!

Whether you're bringing a classic ride, cruising downtown, or simply coming to admire the cars, this is a weekend you won't want to miss.
