Just a quick note. In about 15 min there will be bagged hot dogs on buns in the Blue’s food pantry at 105 Elm St. We just finished at the soccer field and had these left over. Please come get them quickly, as I don’t want them left in there very long and spoil. Help yourselves and also a few peanut butter cookies!!

Good Sunday morning! We are back at Chautauqua today! 10-4!! Today’s Great flavors are Strawberry, Pineapple/Peach, and Blueberry/Strawberry. Come see us. We Love to see the smiling faces and happy people!! Also, if you would like to help fill our blue pantry at the gym it is in desperate need of restocking. We do what we can, but we can’t possibly do it by ourselves. It is being utilized daily I believe. Happy Tuesday! I’m here and trying to stay till 5:00. Have all the fixins for Smoothies and smoothie bowls. Coffees by the bag, or the cup, Hot teas. Energy balls. Come by 105 Elm St. Charcuterie boards and Triple M Farms Tallow products too!! Gearing up for Chautauqua this coming weekend. Bringing 3 of our tasty, refreshing Smoothies. Happy Tuesday. Just letting you know shop is still Closed this week. I’m gaining each day, but knee not quite ready to stand for several hrs just yet. But I’m getting there!! Still some swelling and pretty achy. Hopefully next week, I’ll be good to go, at least part days. Thank you once again for good vibes and prayers. They are working!! I’m thinking this time we got it fixed!!! Fingers crossed!! I’ll keep you posted when we are rolling again. 🇺🇸❤️🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾

Good Wednesday morning!! Got our yearly inspection done on both shop and trailer, so we are gearing up for Chautauqua and Soccer season. We are excited!!!! But….. the shop will be Closed for at least the rest of this week, then we will see about next. I’m getting this crazy knee worked on once AGAIN. Tomorrow is the day, so today I’m doing all the things to get my folks groceries, laundry and my mowing caught up. I don’t expect to be down long, but after 2-3 days crutches I was told to be careful for 2 weeks. So I’ll TRY. 🙄 I’m not a real good patient….. but I’ve got LOTS of things I want to get back to doing. I hope they just Super Glue this thing back together, so I won’t keep tearing it😃 I promise I’ll be back at it as soon as I can. I a truly appreciate ALL your patience and continued support of our little business. Also if you’d like to send a prayer up for a successful surgery, I’d love that. God’s Always seen me thru these procedures, and I have Faith he will be right there with me once again. OPEN till 1:30 today. Appt for my mom afternoon. So come grab you a refreshing Smoothie for lunch today!! Protein available for those of you wanting to help stay full and get your extra protein for the day!! Also we do have the Grab N Go smoothies made up in the fridge, ready to go and all you need to do is add 1-1.5 cup of ice and blend at your home! You can pick up at 5 AM, 8:30Am, 4:30 and 5:30PM if the shop is Closed. There’s a jar on the counter to put your $7 per smoothie. Leave me comments on any certain favorites you’d like to see made ahead. Right now I have 2 Wyatt’s Wallball(B lack Cherry/Choc protein) and today I’ll do a couple Blue’s Burpees(Blueberry/Peach). 🇺🇸❤️🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾 Thank you all for giving small businesses support!!!

Happy Tuesday!! Real quick….. trying something new today. I have to be Closed tomorrow (Wednesday) for a knee appt. So….. with suggestions from a special coach I know, I’m going to make a few Smoothies up and set in the fridge, all ingredients included, for you to self serve from shop fridge. Grab and Go to take and mix at your house. All you’ll need to do is add your own ice and blend in your blender. IF this doesn’t go over well, my next trial will be to make a few selections and put in freezer, and have the coach on duty that day set out ahead of time for you to pick up when you come to class. Like I said this is only a trial thing, so give me your thoughts. But there will be 2 Larry’s Lunges( Strawberry/Banana), and 2 Wyatt’s Wallballs (Black cherries/Chocolate protein) in silver fridge. Help yourself and please leave your $ in the glass on island. They will be $7 each! Thank you guys! And PLEASE make sure fridge doors are both shut tight!! Thank you and let me know if this a good idea….
