I finished mural # five about a week ago but had a very busy week for an update. These are the five murals in their respective cities in order. For Herbal Wellness Centers They all featured landmarks for which the cities are known

Mural #4 of five. I finished the mural in Jackson Ohio for Herbal Wellness Dispensary. It featured lots of color as they are known for apples. It honestly was one of the most enjoyable jobs ever!! Laid back atmosphere and comradary of employees was so peaceful

Mural #3 of five. Athens was featured in this mural at Herbal Wellness Center This mural had more intricate buildings due to the age of when they were built. Lots of corbels and granite moldings. Once again it is an exceptionally enjoyable project to do!

Mural #1 in Fairfield Ohio for an herbal dispensary. It features various features for which Fairfield is known. Onto Columbus next week for a similar design, different elements. I will say that the employees were wonderful to be with for five days. What can I say? I LOVE MY JOB!!!

My newest creation. We purchased this monster at Habitat for Humanity Restore in Columbus. It was the largest and heaviest piece we have ever bought. It took two men and an extra trip to load it all. It literally filled the bed of Gary’s truck. It was originally a heinous olive green then someone painted it black.
I painted it blue then used different metallic paints to make a variegated pattern and finished the fancy work in rose gold metallic. I think I will use it as a pantry for canned goods or maybe my good china.

This is finally complete!! In August I installed my finished mural in Grove City after being in my art studio for two months painting on panels. There was a product failure of the sealant which left a horrible rubber cement texture on the surface. Sherwin Williams stood by their product and paid me to repaint the entire mural It was a difficult task as I worked in the cold after my conventional season would have ended. It has been done since late November but we had to wait till the temp was above 50• for install. We finished it this past Thursday.
The content came from a photograph of the oldest home in southwest Franklin county and the historic story is fascinating.

My husband is amazing! Weeks ago he planned to surprise me on Christmas morning with my logo embroidered on the back of jackets, one denim and two all weather coats, one for him and one for me. And baseball caps. I could not be more thrilled!!! He’s a keeper! (Especially after 50 years!)
