I had some leftover chicken, whipped feta and a tortilla, so I thought, “how about a mediterranean taco”? I discovered I had some arugula, a red bell pepper some Covering Ground Farm • Chico arugula sprouts, a small amount of avocado and some of my house made lemon herbed tahini dressing and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar for that extra sweet kick!!

Super light and so satisfying!!

I picked up the sweetest white peaches and nectarine’s from the Wednesday Chico Farmer's Market and had some extra cocojune plain yogurt left over from my clients meal prep; so, I am using what I have, and enjoying a new book I ordered last week about dreams!!

7 min boiled eggs, half an avocado and some sunburst cherry toms. I am washing this down with fresh juice I made for my Om At Home clients this week, filled with watermelon, beets, green apples, ginger and lemons..
