7up Biscuits Recipe – Light and fluffy. They only have three ingredients – THE BEST biscuits EVER! We make these at least twice a week. SO quick and easy!!

Ingredients:
* 2 cups Bisquick
* ½ cup sour cream
* ½ cup 7-up
* ¼ cup melted butter

Instructions:
* Preheat oven to 450ºF.
* Cut sour cream into biscuit mix, add 7-Up. Makes a very soft dough.
* Sprinkle additional biscuit mix on board or table and pat dough out into a 9-inch square.
* Using a 3-inch biscuit cutter, cut dough into 9 biscuits.
* Melt 1/4 cup butter in a 9-inch square pan.
* Place cut biscuits in pan and bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
* Brush baked biscuits with melted butter, if desired.

Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients

1 (8oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (7oz) bag flaked coconut
2 (20oz) cans cooked mashed sweet potatoes
3/4 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup milk
1/2 cup butter, melted
Topping
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/3 cup butter, melted
1-1/4 cup finely chopped pecans
Directions
1. Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease large baking dish.
2. Mix the pineapple, coconut, sweet potatoes, white sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, milk, and 1/2 cup melted butter together in a large mixing bowl. Pour mixture into the prepared pan; set aside. Mix the flour, brown sugar, 1/3 cup butter, and pecans in a bowl. Sprinkle pecan mixture over the batter.
3. Bake in the preheated oven until the casserole is bubbly and the topping is browned, about 30 minutes.

This Cherry Cranberry Jello Salad is one of my favorites

Recipe type: Salad
Serves: 12 servings
INGREDIENTS
* 1 large pkg. (6 oz.) black Cherry Jello
* 1 cup boiling water
* ½ cup cold water
* 1 large (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (don't drain)
* 1 (14 oz.) can whole cranberry sauce
* 1 cup heavy whipping cream
* 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
* ½ cup powdered sugar
* ¼ cup finely chopped walnuts
* (optional: 1 cup chopped apple or celery) adds crunch

INSTRUCTIONS
1. In a bowl, dissolve the jello in 1 cup of boiling water, by stirring for approximately 2 minutes
2. Add ½ cup cold water, crushed pineapple (don't drain) and cranberry sauce.
3. Mix well until all is blended together.
4. (Optional: add celery or apples if desired)
5. Pour into a casserole dish. (You can lightly spray it with veg. spray to help serve easier)
6. Put in refrigerator and let set. (4-5 hours)
7. In a bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream with the powdered sugar until stiff.
8. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
9. Add the whipped cream to the cream cheese and beat until smooth and blended well.
10. Spread over the top of the set jello.
11. Sprinkle walnuts over the top.
12. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.

You’ll love these Cheddar Bacon Biscuits!!!

Ingredients

3 eggs
2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
4 oz cream cheese
1 packet wrench dressing mix
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 1/2 cup almond flour
4 slices bacon, chopped and cooked
2 teaspoons baking powder

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400° f
2. In a large bowl, add the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave on high for 1 minute.
3. Stir until smooth and well mixed.
4. Add in almond flour, ranch dressing packet, eggs and baking powder.
5. Add cheddar cheese and bacon. Stir until well mixed.
6. Spray pie pan with cooking spray. Divide dough into 10 - 12 balls and place in pan.
7. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
8. Cook 15 to 20 minutes or until cooked thoroughly.
9. Brush biscuits with melted butter and sprinkle on dried parsley period
10. Serve warm. Enjoy!
