Happy Saturday! Just a heads up that our Credit/debit system hasn't been working well. The company is trying to figure it out... Until then we can except cash and checks... So far today it's a go so hopefully Credit/debit will be an option as well 👍

Happy Sunday to you all and thank you guys for the first full month of re opening. We truly feel we have the greatest customers by far. A tremendous amount of support and what I like and love is that you guys know and feel the growing pains and is every part of our expansion. Customers have told us that they have grown with us and that's a great feeling because we are not Fast Eddie's without our customers. Out kids you have all watched grow up and it's funny when someone say hey is That the son that used to throw Cheerios at us when he was in his high chair and I reply yep. We have built a community atmosphere and a place where we are all family and I love it. Thank you. So updates we have the bocci court in and I'm hoping next weekend we are going to start Champaigne lunch from 11 to 2 on Saturday and Sundays? Tell me what you think and also I wanna do a fun bocci League ? Let's have fun this summer sky's the limit

Good morning and March madness has started for NCAA and Fast Eddie's. We have made some progress in the first 4 weeks and we still have room to go. Thank you all for the support and the patience for the screw ups and some inconsistency on the products. We are trying different bread companies as you know plus getting out times down with new equipment and me training on staff on cooking. We have had some things come out that in time we will get better and my guys are getting better each day and we will have it dialed in i promise. Heck I'm even screwing up on my own stuff and its my recipes. Anyways I've heard it all in the 4 weeks from you can't afford the building to it takes to long, their is To many high School kids and a few more. People can't see that we are slammed in the back and trust me If you see the place full we are jammed in the back we are trying our best and good food takes time and it's not the lack of effort. I've always said haters are gonna hate and players are gonna play so lets play. Have a great day and thanks for letting me vent. I Have to go cook a corned beef before the boss gets here.

Ok first week or so is in The books and we are still fine tuning new sandwiches etc. We have had major issues since we have been gone. One major is our bread company has changed everything and we are not happy so if you have noticed we have trying different companies out and seeing what fits our sandwiches. So if you have noticed different breads like our ciabata that is the reason. We will get it and hopefully soon be up and running full days but I tell you the 3 hours we have been open have been like full days. To all who has given us love u want to respond to everyone but social mafia is not my gig. Everyone has been awesome to us and the support is amazing. Thank you and we are still half days till further notice

Hello to all who came in today. It was crazy and we opened up the other side of the menu today and it was crazy. Did I say crazy already? We got some major tweeking to do and I apologize for the long wait on the new items. We will continue to get better with the whole process. Thanks for your patience tremendously. We have great customers and each day we will get better with everything and the new kitchen.

Good morning to our lovely customers. Thank you guys for the past few days and the patience of the kinks. We will still be taking phone orders only from 11 to 2 but will not turn away walk ins. We are still learning the computers and are updating that portion everyday as we see the issues. Its a completely new way for us and for 9 plus years doing the old school way it's like speaking a foreign language to us so please have patience. We are trying to get to the new part of the menu but these hick ups have put that on hold till we completely grasp the system. We will be offering tri tip, brisket today and if you want fries or something just ask and if you have time we can do It if the dryer is on. We do have 5 of our 10 taps going and by Wed have them all set up. We have had people complain about parking and we wish we had a better solution but we can't make the lot bigger and we did the best we could with what we were dealt with but we completely own this property so I would take the ownership over renting any day so it's new to us all and we will adjust. We thank you all form the support and good seeing faces again and sorry we haven't been able to chat and thank u personally but we appreciate you all. We are hoping to go full hours sometime next week after Wed. Thanks again

Good morning to all. I've been holding off on posting for a few reasons. One is our neighbors in nearby towns have been under deress and as much as I need to open and make some money that situation was far more important. Second is The rain is kicking our but on getting things done outside but we got the green light to open but we still have to prep and set up because it's a process. We have been getting numerous phone calls and emails and we truly feel honored that we have such a strong following. This process has taken us 2 years to do so when we open we want to be 100% and deal with outside as we can. The menu will be posted today here and our new website will have It also which we hope will be up today. We also have a app coming in the next few days so you can order through that too. We are trying to get set up by Wed so at least we can take pick up orders but it's a day-to-day battle but by Friday for sure we should be open. We want to thank everyone for sticking with us and also we have some families and friends that has helped with free labor and future food. We have a great support of friends and you know who you are the Hightowers,the Coopers, Bub, Tiffany, Jaime and I'm sure im missing someone but without work since November these families have contributed in labor or financially to us to help out. Thank you to all and we are looking forward to getting back at it. I will keep in touch and the place is gonna be awesome.

We are shooting for final inspection with the city this Friday. Now what that means I don't know but it's one step closer. If everything goes well we will have a few comments and by next week have them fix them and be ready to operate shortly after. I will keep in touch. Thanks to you all.
