We wanted to bring something unique to Chico, something that Chico deserves, a place to forget about the outside hustle and bustle of the day and just relax with friends and enjoy some great wines as well as local farm fresh Northern Californian small plates. First and foremost, we are not a typical restaurant where everyone orders their meals and drinks and all the entrees arrive at the same time

to each individual. We want everyone to enjoy as a variety of small plates and flatbreads that pair nicely with the wines on our list. You are the driving force to your experience here at Wine Time. We want you to enjoy the moments you have with your friends and family because that is what life is all about. We like to keep a variety on our menu based on seasonal fruits and vegetables. There will also be staple plates that we keep all year long. Here is a basic look at what is going on in our kitchen. Puffed Pastry Baked Brie-with red wine caramelized onions, served with baguette

Tuscan Kale stuffed Ravioli-atop a tomato and sweet pepper sauce with a touch of Orland Creamery Formage blanc

“Mini” Skirt Steak-6 ounces of marinated skirt steak with roasted pearl onions

Tomato and Basil-Tomato and pepper ragu with fresh mozzarella basil and roasted garlic

Spicy Spanish Chorizo-with goat cheese and fresh herbed oil

Chipotle Spiced Chocolate Truffles

Warm Elote Dip-charred sweet corn, melted cheese, jalapeno, fresh lime and cilantro. Served with warm flatbread.

Crispy Baked Artichoke Hearts-crusted in bread crumbs, herbs and parmesan cheese. Served with garlic lemon aioli.

Whipped Feta Nectarine Dip-topped with basil, jalapeno, nectarine and pistachios. Drizzled with hot honey and warm crostini.

Grilled Flank Steak Salad-tender steak marinated in lime and fresh herbs, crisp romaine, pickled onion, roasted corn, queso fresco and salted lime tortilla strips. Tossed in a house-made creamy tomatillo avocado dressing.
