This is Kristian, our pastry chef of 10 years at Beatniks. 🥐

He focuses on one thing and does it well. He makes all of our fresh pastries from scratch: scones, muffins, danishes, ham and cheese croissants and breads.

If you’ve had our famous Marion berry scone, you’ve already tasted his work. ❤️

We also bake gluten-free options daily, so everyone can enjoy something fresh with their coffee.

For the past two years, Alex has been leading the kitchen at Beatniks, combining his lifelong passion for cooking with a creative approach that keeps customers coming back for more.

While his full name is Alejandro, everyone knows him as Alex. Cooking has been a passion of his since he was young, and today that passion drives everything he creates in our kitchen.

As Head Chef, Alex oversees our kitchen, creates all of our specials, and designs exclusive menus for our private catering events. He is also the creator of our popular Power Bowl, one of our customers’ favorite dishes.

A proud husband and father of three, Alex loves bringing fresh ideas to the table and creating food that people can enjoy together. We’re proud to have him leading our team here at Beatniks. 👨‍🍳
