After an amazing 4 years together, we have decided that June 10th will be our last service at Knife & Tine. We have enjoyed serving our wonderful neighbors and watching their families grow . We have had the tremendous honor of training, mentoring and working side by side with the biggest rockstars this city has ever seen. We are fortunate to have created a work family and we can’t wait to see what their futures have in store. It has truly been a privilege.
This was not a decision that we came to lightly. We wanted to create something spectacularly special in Chicago and we did. Now, as priorities in life continue to change, we are all looking forward to spending more time with our families.
Instead of quietly closing our doors, we plan to throw one hell of a celebration over the next month. We will offer fabulous specials, throwback menu items, giveaways and our favorite: having our alums back to work one last shift at K&T. Thanks for such an outstanding run, that could not have been accomplished without you! Come celebrate with us!
