That’s the reason owner/chef Marc Wuenschel decided Hutch Chicago was the perfect name for his new American bistro in Lakeview. Hutch Chicago offers a take on American classics including appetizers like the Hutch board (cured meats, Wisconsin ch

eese curds, jumbo corn nuts, house pickles, and seasonal garnish), skillet shrimp (creole butter and dunking bread), and tomato soup with grilled cheese croutons. Entree standouts include pork chop (grilled with peaches, bacon butter, and roasted broccolini), An array of brick-oven flatbreads, burgers, and sandwiches complete the menu.
