Introducing Chicken in a Waffle—the newest creation from Mr. Brunch Chicago! 🧇🍗

After spending time with Chef Maurice Jackson, the chef who trained me, I came back to the kitchen inspired to put a new spin on a brunch favorite. Instead of chicken beside the waffle, we put the chicken inside it. Cut it open to see the surprise, then enjoy it with a dusting of powdered sugar and a drizzle of syrup.

Mr. Brunch Chicago had the pleasure of bringing our elevated catering experience to Gallery Guichard’s Home Art Show in Chicago’s south suburbs!

Guests enjoyed a flavorful menu featuring:
