R&A Sourdough Husband and wife owned artisan sourdough bakery which opened back in 2020.

We specialize in all things sourdough, bagels, breads, sweets, in house cold smoked lox, pastrami and salads.

Truly humbled by the level of work, coordination, teamwork and effort our staff put in to making the high holidays a success. Filled with challah, bagels, schmear, lox, trays of goodies, babkas, rugelach, pies and more.

It was a collective effort from over 50 people from the dough team, boilers, lox smokers, latke makers, sammie builders, order takers, deli slicers and more to make it happen. All from scratch, all made in house with our sourdough as the main ingredient.

Thank you for bringing a piece of R&A into your home. We appreciate your support and hope you keep coming back for more.

Wishing all those who fast- an easy fast. And your bagels fill you with good energy for a new year.

This is our big bagel weekend. We have so many bagels coming to the stores to fill all of your bagel needs plus babka, challah, rugelach and more. We are not open Monday but don’t fret your Sunday bagels will be delish on Monday. Just store them in a plastic bag on the counter.

Sammie head shots were underway today. More to come tomorrow. So cool that we make all these creations from scratch.
In our opinion, our authenticity and scratch kitchen differentiates us from others. Every creation comes from our staff. We take everyone’s collective experiences, food likes and dislikes, we play, we test and we create.

There’s no big company backing us, no trendy collabs or viral videos. Just people from all over the world working together to feed our customers.

If you haven’t experienced R&A come on over and make sure you try a special.

This Sunday we will be making a lot of bagels for break the fast. We will be packaging them with bags so they will stay fresh for your gathering on Monday.

Please order ahead. Now is not too soon. Just select Sunday as your pick up date. Raven - River - Roscoe all taking preorders.
