This Weekend’s Menu!

SANDWICH SPECIAL

Bánh Mì- Roasted pork shoulder with pickled veg, fresh cilantro and scallion and sweet chili sauce on a Chicago style French roll.

SANDWICHES

Beef on Weck- Hand carved roast beef with garlic dill pickles and creamy horseradish on a salted caraway kaiser roll.

German Style Pork Shoulder- Hand carved roasted pork with house made yellow mustard and choice of B&Bs or garlic dills.

Buffalo Chicken- Pulled Chicken tossed in Franks Red Hot with pickled carrots & celery and blue cheese sauce.

SAUSAGES

Pfälzer- Pork and beef sausage with pickled snap peas and ginger aioli on a brat bun.

Andouille- Pork sausage with pickled corn relish and remoulade on a brat bun.

(Substitute seitan or beyond sausage at no extra charge)

Deviled Egg Potato Salad
