Dear friends and loyal customers,

After 16 incredible years, Chicago Raw will be closing its doors on November 30th. It’s hard to put into words what this journey has meant. Your support, kindness, and shared love of healthy, plant-based food have truly been the heart of our cafe. I have enjoyed each and every conversation.

Although this chapter is closing, it’s not goodbye. We will continue sharing our passion for nourishing, wholesome food at local markets, so please stay tuned for updates on where you can find us next.

In the meantime, we are taking bulk orders through November 20 so you can stock up on your favorite Chicago Raw creations. I’d love for you to place your orders directly with me at the store between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m by calling 312-664-2729. Or by emailing [email protected]. I’ll be happy to give you a call back to confirm your order.

Available bulk items include: Raw desserts, dry snacks, muffins, garden burgers, granola, and our signature almond and pizza crackers, along with other favorites from our menu.

We are also excited to share that a Chicago Raw recipe book will be available for sale soon, so you can continue creating your favorite dishes at home.
