once a month at Oliver’s, we host sippin’ sunday, an intimate, ticketed wine tasting centered around a single theme.

january is about clearing the palate and setting a new direction. our first sippin’ sunday of the year - new year, new winemakers - is a look at what’s emerging and the winemakers and values we’re excited to follow into 2026. this tasting looks toward who’s coming into focus now, who’s redefining tradition, and who’s reshaping what a region can be. expect wines that feel alive, curious, and forward-looking, without losing sight of where they come from.
