Introducing our latest creation, Julia's Love Child!

Created by our home grown talented Chef, Zach Portell, an avid admirer of french cuisine. His inspiration for his creation was the classic french dish, Steak au Poivre, and boy, oh boy, has Chef delivered!!!

The sausage itself is probably the best sausage yet from Franks 'n' Dawgs - it's spicy and rich which is a complementary counterpoint to the wonderful flavor of the high-quality beef we're sourcing from local farms. Garnished with shallots pickled with a bouquet garni, sauteed asparagus in a shallot, garlic and butter, arugula and finally, our pièce de résistance, a Dijon cognac crème fraîche.

The only thing missing to make this an authentic french classic is a side of pommes frites - fortunately, we have triple truffle fries as an available side which will have you speaking french in no time!

Lollapalooza volunteers required!

Franks 'n' Dawgs is participating at Lollapalooza (Aug 1 - 3) this year and are seeking volunteers to help us serve hungry patrons.

All volunteers receive:
* free entry into Lollapalooza
* meal and beverages
* a FnD t-shirt

There are 2 shifts (a morning & an afternoon shift) each day - all volunteers will be able to see the main acts as typically, everyone is watching the performers and not eating from 8:30 pm onwards.
