We’re looking for a friendly and outgoing Cook/Barista who has a passion for coffee and meeting new people. The ideal candidate has an interest in coffee and exhibits consistent exceptional customer service.
Main Responsibilities include:
• Prepare drinks and food in accordance with customers’ needs
• Maintain a clean and tidy work area
• Follow health and safety guidelines Interact with customers regularly and professionally
Qualifications include:
• High integrity with a great attendance record
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively
Compensation:
• Multiple tiers of promotions – based solely on performance
• Wages average $18-22/per hour including tips
