🎉 Gio’s is celebrating TWO YEARS! THANK YOU!🎉
Two years ago, we took a leap of faith with Gio’s Bar & Grill—and what a journey it has been.
It certainly hasn’t been without challenges. We’ve made it through a fire, a flood, and some very expensive equipment failures. Just weeks after taking ownership, I suffered a major spinal cord injury that left me partially paralyzed and led to multiple surgeries.
Through all of it, we stayed the course because we believe in Gio’s, and even more importantly, we believe in this community. ❤️
Over these two years, we’ve worked hard to make Gio’s better—revamping our menu, using higher-quality ingredients, and creating a neighborhood place where everyone feels welcome.
One of the things we’re most proud of has happened outside our four walls. We’ve been fortunate enough to give back tens of thousands of dollars to local schools, parks, organizations, and community causes—including Friends of Amundsen, McPherson, Winnemac Park, and many more.
Supporting the neighborhood that supports us has always been at the heart of Gio’s.
So as we celebrate our second anniversary, we simply want to say THANK YOU. Thank you to everyone who has walked through our doors, ordered a meal, grabbed a drink, attended an event, brought in friends, celebrated a birthday, watched a game, sang karaoke, played trivia, or simply told someone about Gio’s.
And if you haven’t visited us yet, there’s never been a better time to give Gio’s a try!
