It’s the freakin weekend & Chelsea & Co are running it back with two great specials! Chicago fav, Italian Beef BUT as a Pot Pie!! & an iconic pie inspired by the OG version created by chef Bill Smith at the legendary Crook’s Corner restaurant in Chapel Hill, North Carolina but baked right here in Logan Square by Chelsea! This famous sweet & salty citrusie pie features a saltine cracker crust, a creamy lemon custard filling, vanilla bean whipped cream & a few white chocolate peals & fresh melon slices for good measure & a touch of whimsy!! pot pie available to dine in, delivery or as a take & bake to enjoy later (pssst, freezes very well so stock up!) & pie is available for all things by the slice, half or whole!
