Passport to Italy Begins This Week!

Our summer culinary journey through Italy starts in Tuscany, a region famous for its rustic cooking, incredible wines, and simple ingredients that shine.

This week’s Tuscan specials include:

Pizza of the Day
Costoluto Fiorentino tomatoes, rosemary, pecorino, and mozzarella

Coccoli Toscani
Traditional Tuscan fried dough served with prosciutto and creamy robiola cheese

Grilled Tuscan-style sausage with escarole and white beans

Last night around 4 AM, Buona Terra was broken into. The thieves shattered our front door glass and exited through the back. Thankfully — and most importantly — no one was hurt and nothing was stolen.

Waking up to this kind of news is heartbreaking. Seeing our space violated like this is tough. But I want to reassure everyone that we are already cleaning up, repairing the damage, and working on additional security measures.

We will be open, and we will continue doing what we love — serving this community that has supported us for so many years.

Thank you to everyone who has reached out already. Your kindness means more than you know.

My Dad was a newly minted green card holder and even more newly a finance to my mom when he was drafted in 1962. He was called up to serve in Korea. He is proud of his service and we are proud of him. Thank a vet today. Thanks Dad
