Last week, as we bid adieu to our beautiful Houndstooth community, so many of our friends came in and shared a few more bittersweet memories and heartfelt goodbyes which we will always treasure.
Never in our wildest dreams would we have expected our final days to have such incredible crowds walk in our doors, and share so many incredible stories. We hope we have given you a home, a safe place to share, and above all, a little slice of happiness, sometimes in the darkest of moments—just as you each have provided to us.
We will never forget this weekend. We will never forget you, and we hope you will treasure our memories as long as we plan to.
We have always strived to be more than just a bar and restaurant. We have tried to bring together a community of celebration, refuge, friendship and inclusion. It was impossible to not see exactly how successful we all were by this weekend. Not just Stephanie, the Houndstooth staff, but most importantly, each of you. Thank you for sharing this journey with us.
