Ethiopia coffee is altitude tested, grown on natural soil with traditional and natural methods exposed to natural weather, mountainous climate, and forest vegetation because most farmers plant their coffee trees amongst the forestry of the country in the mountains.

Ethiopian coffee grown in high altitude tends to create a hard-bean type with intense flavors and aromatics. The coffee is smooth and comforting, some have fruit flavors, other varieties have berry flavors with citrus notes, others have chocolate flavors with notes of nuts and caramel.
