Monday dinner-
Blackened catfish salad/w basil vinaigrette
Home made sweet potatoes

Sugar free peach cobbler
Tuesday lunch-
Teriyaki glazed salmon
Stir fry veggies w/ fresh ginger
Ambrosia salad.
Dinner-
Vegetable ragu served over whole wheat pasta
Fresh green garden salad w/ balsamic vinaigrette

Wednesday lunch-
Stuffed green pepper

Dinner- roast pork loin w/ stewed apples
