The staff at Diversey tried this month’s Coffee Drop for the first time.

First sip. Three words only!

This month we’re featuring Finca Bella Alejandria, a Geisha from San Adolfo, Huila, Colombia, by producer

It’s bright and refreshing, with notes of pink lemonade, Meyer lemon, soft florals, oolong, and a honeyed finish.

A beautiful coffee for summer, and one we’re really excited to have in cafés this month.

Honoring this month’s coffee drop with something a little extra.

Inspired by the tropical, fruit forward notes of our Colombia El Espejo Tabi, Tim crafted More Spell on You: an iced latte made with Tabi espresso and vanilla coconut cream cold foam.

Named after the Eddie Johns track that later found new life through Daft Punk, it’s a bright, playful way to experience this coffee as espresso.

New month new coffee drop! Colombia El Espejo — Tabi Honey

From Tolima, grown by Gabriel Ricardo Ávila. Tabi, a Colombian hybrid rooted in Bourbon and Typica, built for resilience and elegance.

Careful fermentation. Slow drying. Patient resting.

In the cup: sweet passionfruit, ripe blackberry, hints of lychee and papaya. Round, syrupy texture with a clean finish. Red fruit acidity keeps everything lifted.

Thoughtful coffee. Balanced and layered.

We’re fortunate to share it.
