I’ve been back home for a few days now, but I’m still dreaming of my little work and play getaway to visit my dear friend Darlene del Carmen. You guys know her as my “plate lady”, but to me she’s family!

Thankful for her connections that sent me to work at the gorgeous Fernwood Cellars Winery and got to work with the very talented Ashley del Rosario. Even my best friends from Denver showed up to hangout Adelina Herrera & T Richey.
Thank you guys for making the trek there :) We also got to checkout Carabao Napa by Chef Jade Mauricio Cunningham in Napa.

Thank you Darlene del Carmen and Marco Benazzo for your hospitality, kindness and for running around with me to get supplies lol.

Can’t wait to do it again!

Now…… back to reality :)

Come visit us for brunch today until 2pm, tomorrow from 10-3pm and Saturday 9-3pm.

When you walk in AToTP I can guarantee you that you will be greeted by one of my work family members. But almost often, you will also see one of my beautiful daughters behind the counter or hear Oak bossing staff in the kitchen. This place is also where I teach my girls how life works and hope they can learn real life lessons for the future. This is after all, a family restaurant.

Please come have brunch with us and bring your kiddos. I swear I won’t gigil them too much lol. But for real, some parents even let me hold their baby while they eat. Some, I’ve even see grow in front of my eyes in the past couple of years here in Jefferson Park. This means a lot to me since this is all I’ve wanted is to own a family restaurant. Let’s grow together 😊

Here’s a little tid bit of how I came up with the Sinigang fish sando. I’ve been wanting to have some type of fish in our menu for a while now. During my recovery, Andrew (my hubby) was saying how he was craving a French dip Sando. Then light bulb moment hit me….. and after seeing Phodega come up with the Viet Dip, I knew I had to come with a Filipino version of it.

I spent a couple of recipes and different various of the Sando once I felt better…. but it was Hagens Fish Market ‘s perch that won👌🏽 The Sinigang fish was born.

Now available daily!
