yo soy underground suppers + events features inspired mexican cuisine! our galvanic menu's can be best described as "inspired mexican".

we host multi-coursed suppers around chicago in private homes, museums, galleries, coffee shops, etc. we started out with the concept of "mexican meets chinese", i.e. "mexinese" four years back, and had a blast melding the two cuisines. however, to keep our creative juices from feeling "boxed in", we have since evolved into keeping solely mexican cuisine at the base, and letting many other culinar
