When we decided to open a Korean BBQ in Chicago, we started by finding a great chef. After we had that, we found a space in Bridgeport that we thought was perfect. Then, after filling the inside with modern decor and comfortable seating, we built a menu full of fresh bibimbap, kimchi, and marinated meats for guests to grill right at their tables.
